Abu Lahab and His Wife Urwa by Dar es Salaam is a colorful, educational book for children that illustrates and explains the story of Abu Lahab and his wife. It begins with Surat al-Masad and explains Abu Lahab’s relationship with the Prophet. It narrates the hardships the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had to go through because of his uncle. It also mentions how Abu Lahab’s wife Urwa used to cause problems in the spread of Islam and tried to physically harm the Prophet of Islam in various ways. At the end of the book there are fun learning activities like word searches.
